  • The Firm has received invitation from SMEC International PTY, Nigeria based Australian Company to commence the annual audit of the company’s accounts on 17th May, 2021.
  • The Firm has received invitation from the Nigeria Police Insurance Welfare Cooperative Society to commence the Cooperative’s audit of its financial statements on 10th May, 2021.
  • The Firm commenced the first semester fieldwork of Consultancy for independent Verification of Output-Based Activities for National Social Safety Net Coordinating Office/National Cash Transfer Office (World Bank funded Project) across the 36 States of the Federation on 19th April, 2021.
  • The audited accounts and report of Participatory Communication for Gender Development Initiative (A Non Governmental Organization) for the year ended 31 December, 2020 was submitted to client on 04 May, 2021.

Our firm has just been appointed by the World bank as sole consultant for Independent Verification of output-based activities for NASSCO/NCTO across the 36 state of the federation and FCT.


3/5/2020;  The firm is pleased to welcome Mrs Abosede Oloko who joined on 01 May, 2020 as Tax Manager. She brings into the firm over twelve years solid experience spanning Audit, Tax practice, accounting and Consultancy. She had prior to joining our firm worked and gathered experiences from reputable firms such SIAO (Chartered Accountants); Yinka Ogunseyide & Co (Chartered Accountants); and ENL Consortium Ltd. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Acccountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria


Our Firm has just been commissioned by the National Social Safety Net Coordinating Office to carry out an independent verification of output-based activities under NASSCO and NCTO in some 19 States of the federation.


Our Firm has just been appointed as External Auditors to National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion (NOTAP).


Our Firm has just been engaged to audit collecting Bank Receipts and Remittances of Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) tax collections form 25 branches of Union Bank for 2014 financial year.

Mr. Adeka Ogwu graduated with Second Class Upper Division in Accounting from Benue State University. He dynamic member staff currently training to become an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

The Firm has just been appointed by the Nigeria Electricity Management, Services Agency (NEMSA) to produce its Operations and Accounting


Three of the candidates the Firm presented for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) examinations at various stages resumed back to office today, May 10.
